I am still working, M-F somewhat normal hours. (I am out around 7 am and home around 5pm).I am a Non smoker, non drinker. I share well, and all rooms are shared except the Master. It is a 2 story condo in a quiet complex. There is a covered parking space for you to use if you wish. The room is partially furnished with a bed, a couple nightstands and a lamp. There is also a private bath for your use. There is a second bedroom for additional space/storage, desk space/office space. I currently use it for my desk/office space. And there is a pool in the complex for those hot Sacramento summer days! If you are interested and want to know more, just ask!
