Seeking a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment with. 1 bedroom and private bathroom, I am actively searching for a clean, reliable, respectful, responsible, drama-free, stable working professional individual to rent the space on a month-to-month basis. The room has a comfortable queen size bed and two large closets with mirrors. All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent, and there are no pets allowed or overnight in the apartment. Additionally, I am not accepting applications from addicts or financially unstable individuals and couples. The apartment complex boasts fantastic amenities such as a washer and dryer, pool, jacuzzi, and gym on premises. There is also street parking available. The location is ideal for those who love being close to bars, restaurants, markets, groceries, entertainment, and public transportation. The apartment is situated off Figueroa Street and 2nd Ave. A non-refundablecredit and background check will be conducted and applied (1) time toward rent if qualified. The rent period is per month, and a deposit is required upon move-in. The deposit will be returned upon vacating with a + day notice and inspection of the room upon vacating.
