There are 2 of us that live here (Male & Female) We have basic rules like cleaning up after yourself, just to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment. We are really clean people so we don’t like the house to be a mess. Guest are welcomed, but if they’re staying the night more than twice a week they would be considered a roommate and we would charge a higher rate. 4 twenty friendly.
