I've been in the house for 2 years and signing another lease next month! This house is lovely, lots of room! We have a sun room in the front where we have put a couch in for lovely reading nook. There are two bathrooms that will be right outside of your bedroom door. A spacious living room with a fire place, a dining room adjacent to our spacious kitchen, which has a dishwasher, and a laundry room in that includes a brand new washer and dryer. Beyond that we have a big back yard which is perfect for summertime barbecues. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to be on a lease with us. You don't have stay for the whole year, but you just may end up wanting to. About us: We both work in the service industry, but for sure not even remotely party people. Andie is more a homebody who loves to read, play video games, and knit, While I'm at work or going out on my days off. I do love having dinner parties, but the classy kind. Martinis and stuff, you know? Our schedules vary, but we are usually home during the day and work int he evenings. We don't usually get home or make a lot of noise too late. Utilities: We pay for water, electric, insurance and internet. We do have the ability to have a pet in the house with an additional deposit. We have a cleaning goddess comes out once a month to help deep clean the house. We are tidy people but not obsessed with cleaning. We are a drug free home. Can't wait to meet you!
