Room amenities include remote control ceiling fan, hardwood floors, closet and private locked door. House amenities include free consumables (paper towel, toilet paper), free cleaning service (bathroom, kitchen and other common areas), washer & dryer, and free parking. Outdoor patio surrounded by rosemary, pomegranate, papaya and more. Two public bathrooms with showers are shared. Looking forward to sharing our quiet, cozy San Diego home with new roommates!
