It's my favorite place I've ever lived, and has amazing features: - B (you would have your own bedroom; spacious shared bathroom) - sq ft, on the second floor - hardwood floors, updated art-deco style - lots of natural light - tandem garage (and lots of free street parking) - in-unit washer/dryer + dishwasher - backyard and garden with fruit trees - the kindest and loveliest neighbors - a caring and responsive landlord - in a safe & walkable neighborhood, close to Trader Joes & The Farmers Market, a giant park, lots of trees, and shopping/entertainment - bonus: kitties who will adore you Me: s professional, WFH, love hiking, climbing, and writing. I treat my home as a peaceful place and tend to wake up early-ish, and love to keep things clean, organized, and healthy. You: Kind, clean, reliable, of similar age, respectful of space and sounds. No gender preference. Not a partier/smoker. Cool to hang together but also do our own thing separately. Must be ok with cats 😻 Rent is $ + utilities + one-time refundable deposit.
