Hello! My fiancé and I recently purchased a brand new build four-bed, 3bath in a new community in Lincoln, CA. It is across from a park and close to many stores and food options. We’re offering an upstairs bedroom as well as the upstairs bathroom to yourself, as well as the common areas of the house of course. I know there’s no furniture yet but once we move in we’ll provide: washer/dryer, refrigerator, couches, kitchen table, tv , etc. I have one mini poodle and two cats so must be okay with that. We’re at our limit for pets per the community guidelines so no pets please. Our move in day is mid FEB. First move in day for a roommate would be March first; first and last months rent would be required as well as an application. Rent is one-thousand plus one third of the utilities.
