Hello lovely people! I am looking for my roommate's replacement in my bath apartment in DTLA. She will be moving out of state for a job and looking for a professional who works full time and is interested in taking over by March 6th. No pets. A few things to know: — Apartment is located in DTLA. — The building has hr security and a concierge where you need a fob to enter the building and elevator. (I never see randoms or strange looking people in the building) — Parking is located in a gated garage and you’ll have an assigned parking spot. Super safe (I don’t play about my safety lol). — It is a newly built building (I think 3 yrs old) so everything is super modern and has updated appliances, hardwood floors, etc.) — Your room will not be furnished. -- You will have your own bathroom & two walk in closets. --Amenities: pool, gym, sauna, yoga studio, business center (with free printing), resident lounge, free garage parking, hr security, hub package service and onsite maintenance. In DTLA, so super close to a ton of bars/restaurants, stores, Staples Center and LA Live. Also really close to Silverlake and Echopark — The rent portion you would including parking is $.
