Hi! I need someone for this room asap. I’m looking for a very organized and clean roommate. Everyone in the house is a artist/entrepreneur and people are rarely home. The house was built in so it’s new and modern no bugs or rodents! It’s quiet and cozy and a walk away from restaurants and grocery stores which is a plus. I’m from NY so living in a walkable neighborhood was key for me. Theres parking on the premises and lots of street parking. Please message me with any questions! I can give in person or virtual tours for anyone that’s interested. Photos of this room are of furniture my roomate had in the room, I currently have a mattress, desk, and bed frame if you need it!
