Hi all! I have a private bed and bathroom for rent.My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate to add on to our lease until may st. After that you would have the chance to either move with us to a house, renew the place on your own, or just leave! We have three cats who will try to be your friend (but are a bit hyper), a Guinea pig loves in the living room . Unfortunately, we cannot fit any more larger animals in here. If it is a smaller animal we can talk about it though because I am a big animal person. The property is non smoking and I am looking for someone who does not use drugs or throw parties. We have small hangouts here occasionally and you are welcome to have friends over any time as long as you respect the noise level (mainly after pm). The property has 3 pools (one has a HUGE hot tub), 3 gyms, an arcade/pool room, study rooms and community events. This is a super safe environment also providing access to a garage.This room is available for a single person or possibly a couple of the right fit. I am usually at home so I prefer a female but am open to anyone if the vibe is right. My boyfriend works full time and I work part time mostly from home. Rent is $ of utilities.
