Looking for a responsible, quiet, pet friendly preferably female roommate with steady income. There are two, sometimes three dogs in the house as well as a cat who is strictly indoors, as well as reptiles and a bunny. Sorry, no more pets. The cat has free range of the house and will most likely go into your room if the door is open. We ask any plants you have be toxic free to the pets or they must go outside if you do have toxic plants to pets. There is currently two females and a male in the house. We all work in veterinary medicine so having someone who is pet savvy is key and can be responsible for the pets if you are home alone with them. You will be sharing a bathroom with the two females. The house is old so no parties. Having friends over is fine but no loud music or loud activities. Parking is in the driveway or garage. You are on your own for groceries with the exception of chipping in for household supplies. Cleaning is weekly where we split up the household chores. Gas, internet, and utilities vary. Internet and gas is every month, roughly around fortyfive dollars on average but can be more if we have the heat on frequently. Utilities is every other month and ranges around a hundred and thirty to three hundred and if the AC is used frequently in the summer months except a high utilities bill. Rent is sevenhundredandfifty dollars a month with the lease being month to month with a sevenhundredandfifty dollar security deposit. You will get your security deposit back as long as there is no damage to your room or the house. You must give a thirty day notice prior to moving out. Tentative move in date is sometime in March or the first of April.
