You have full laundry, and kitchen privileges. Wifi included. We have two small dogs that remain downstairs and they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. You must be OK with dogs. They are two small beagles that are very friendly. Rent is month to month and contingent on rent being paid on time, and if everything is working out great. We are easy to get along with and very clean. We have a cleaning lady come one time a month that will clean your room and change your sheets as well. There is a nonrefundable $ cleaning fee. Room includes a ceiling fan.
