Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a nice house. The lease ends September. You would be occupying a single bedroom and your own bathroom. My roommate, who is an older man, is really nice and has the master bedroom and bathroom. His son has been staying a while and has been occupying the other room (he uses his dad's bathroom).
