Hi there! I'm looking for an awesome roomie for my bath condo in the Eastside/Zaferia area. The bedroom for rent measures ' with a large closet and share a bathroom (with my other roomie). The condo has a great balcony with amazing sunrise views. Washer and dryer are also in unit, so no need to scrounge for quarters! Looking for someone in their late twenties or thirties who is a working professional or full-time student. Preference given to someone who does not work or got to school from home. I like to be super clean and tidy and want to live with someone who jives with that. And sadly no pets allowed. I work full-time and teach yoga a couple times a week so I love coming home to relax and unwind. I'm not down to have any parties here, but guests and friends are cool as long as we communicate about it. 🙂 Rent is $ per month and utilities come to $ per person.
