(Best friend) We are looking to rent out the down stairs guest room as soon as possible. It is a nice size and you will have your own personal bathroom. This home is not an ideal home for children because everything in the home is new including all of the expensive decor. I would consider a son or daughter around my sons age although it would be an additional charge per month. I’m asking for a deposit up front. All adults will split the utiliti cost equally witch is not to expensive normally around each extra total so basically around $ on each main bill per month. Which include WiFi, electricity, water, gas, trash. I will pay for the rest of the bills. This is a month to month only!
