Available March 1st. One room for rent for $/month. Size is approximately sq ft. in shared house with total of 2 housemates and 3 cats. There is shared bath w/ tub (shared with one other person, I have my own) and a half bathroom downstairs. The room is unfurnished, has a window with trees outside and small closet. There is some storage upstairs and in the garage, the rest of the house is furnished but can be changed and shared between everyone: kitchen, dining room, living room, small patio and small side yard. There are three cats here, indoor/outdoor, no other pets. In an HOA, quiet, safe w/ community pool. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, min drive to Concord BART, nice neighborhood, quiet, trees, close to open space, parks. Drive to Oakland about min low traffic, to SF about min. Move in is first month of $ of the security deposit which is $/per person. Utilities not included are gas/electric, garbage, water, internet to be shared three ways and vary month to month. Looking for a quiet, responsible, mature and employed adult (students fine) who is stable with proof of income (should be 3x rent), good credit, rental reference. Prefer minimal or no substance use, no smoking in the house. Will need to apply with landlord and sign 6 mos lease min. Must pass background check, (do no apply if you have a criminal record, prior evictions, DUIs, etc).
