The rent will be $ for a private room, and the location is San Marcos and Escondido border. We drink every once in a while and we watch movies and shows together as a house! Two of us go snowboarding pretty often as well (we have extra gear if you want to learn) and play softball on the weekends. Two of us have girlfriends so we hangout at their place some weekends and vice versa. W I also have a year old German Sheppard named Katie who is super sweet, and my roommate has a cat named Pheobe! Located on a cul-de-sac this house being newly built in December comes with a huge kitchen and dining room as well as a large living room. There is also an upstairs loft as well with a couch and TV. Pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts are complete with the gym and swimming pool on the way for next year. Street parking or driveway parking available.
