Hi everyone, My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate. We live in a B townhouse in the city or Orange. The house is near the fwy. We are about min away from CSUF (~4 miles) and minutes away from Chapman University (3 miles). We are close to . Disneyland, Anaheim packing district, and Angel Stadium. The bedroom available is downstairs with your own bathroom. We also have a 2 car garage and we alternate weeks. Street parking is not bad. We are in our late s so we would like a roommate around our age. We both work full time so we would prefer a young professional or student. We also have a cat 🐱 who is nice and mellow. We take pride in our home, so we are looking for someone who is responsible with bills on time and cleaning up after themselves.
