Hi! We have a bedroom in our home that we’re looking to rent out. There are 3 of us that live here currently, however my roommate is moving out and looking for someone to take over her lease as she’s moving to a different area. It’s in a great spot and is less than minutes from the beach! It comes with a parking spot so you wouldn’t need to worry about parking on the street. We also have a washer and dryer, all appliances, etc. My roommate and I together have cat who are both super friendly and lovable. I attached a couple of images of the room that’s for rent, the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. We’re preferably looking for another girl roommate. We are looking for someone who wants to move in asap or as late as May and is looking to resign the lease with us in May for a year.
