This room is for one person only. This room is a private room across the hall from shared bathroom. I am David and me and my boyfriend Cole share one room, our friend Alison has the other room. And the 2nd bigger bed room is up for grabs. $ rent plus $ a month parking pass. $ a month for internet. And the electric bill varies every month, but we split it by 4. At this time we are not accepting pets or children, as this is for one occupant only. You may have guests over, but not unattended. Living room is furnished, we have switch and ps5, and carpet will be professionally cleaned.
