Amazing room in large Hollywood Unit! The room is a part of an even more spacious, fully furnished apartment with an open floor plan and beautiful balcony. Located on the top floor of a well run building situated in the heart of Hollywood. The neighborhood is only a short walk away from great restaurants, shops and Hollywood landmarks. Myself: Hello, future roommate! My name is Vick. I'm and I work in entertainment - currently in development for Unscripted TV. I have a hybrid schedule so sometimes I'm working from home or in the office . I've lived in this apartment for 9 years and I truly consider it my home. I am lucky to have a close group of friends living in LA who keep my social calendar filled up. Because the apartment is perfect for hosting I will have the occasional game night or dinner with friends and Halloween here has become an annual staple. Outside of these events, I'm an avid media consumer and can most likely be found watching Survivor or Golden Girls. I like to paint, perform, produce podcasts, short films, and music videos and go to comedy shows and film festivals. I'm gay and very happy to be so. My Dog: I have a lovely dog named McFlurry who loves anyone willing to look his way. He however will not be any issue for you unless you are allergic. I also vacuum ~3 times a week to keep the place as fur free as possible. I've gotten him to the point where he is happy hanging out in my room while I'm gone. On days when I'm in the office, I come back midday to take him out for a walk. All that said, you'll never need to watch, walk or care for him unless you'd like to! The room will be empty upon your arrival to set up as you wish!
