A furnished bedroom with a private adjacent bathroom is available to rent to a female professional, retiree, or responsible student. The rent includes all utilities including Xfinity wi-fi, water, garbage, and (electricity with cap), and room cleaning (as become available). The room is furnished with a queen mattress, bed, nightstands, and lamp with a walk-in closet. All common areas are available for your use including a full-sized washer and dryer located next to the rental room. The house is square feet, located at Foothill Road in Pleasanton with 1 mile to BART and Freeway . There is a nice walking trail and hill in our community. You can park on the driveway. The first month's rent and a security deposit equal to the first month's rent are required along with a month-to-month lease agreement. A background/credit check and proof of employment/income will also be required. My home is very clean and quiet. I'm looking for someone who is responsible and considerate and who will enjoy the peacefulness of the house and neighborhood. I ask that there be no smoking, drugs, parties, strong scents, pets, or overnight guests. The room is available now.
