Hello! A private room with a private bathroom in a duplex in East Hollywood is available to move in. The house is located near Thai Town and Little Armenia. One room is taken by my husband and I. The other one is available. Our place is small but nice, clean, cozy with good lighting. There are washer/dryer in unit, an air-conditioner in the room, and a dish washer machine. There is a driveway with tandem parking (we will coordinate as needed) and also free parking with a permit on the street. Your entrance will be through the side door. I work in creative direction and design, and my husband is a software engineer. We're chill, and are passionate about making digital art and tools for creating interactive digital content for the web. When we're not at work, you may find us at our desk in the main hallway working on projects. We also like to go hiking/running in the nearby hills, enjoy going to local cafes, and like to find interesting events to go to such as art galleries or digital installations. We have two dogs (big and small) and a cat. Since the place is small, and we already have 3 pets, we cannot afford to accommodate more pets. This is a short term opportunity till end of June. We can also do month-to-month, or just a couple months if you prefer. There is a possibility to turn the lease into a long term. We like a quiet home where we can relax at after work. We don't bring any party home. We don't smoke, and don't use weed or drugs. We are looking for someone who shares the same views on healthy lifestyle. We keep the space clean (no abandoned dirty dishes, shoes off in the house). Rent will be $ /mo, plus utilities will be an additional flat rate. + $ Deposit.
