Hello! I’m looking to rent my second bedroom in my apartment. I live in the Pocket area of Sacramento, close to pretty much everything! The on ramp for I5 is right behind the complex, min. drive downtown, and a min drive to Hwy . The place is quiet, clean, and peaceful with ponds, bridges and walkways throughout. There are numerous parks in the neighborhood and the river is a 5 min. drive. About the apartment: This apartment is a downstairs DUAL MASTER/DUAL FULL bath apartment [Hidden Lakes Condominiums]. I already have the necessary furniture (couch, dining table, TV, however we can always discuss in more detail if you have furniture you would like to bring along. All the basics are available in the kitchen, but you will have room in the cupboards and fridge for whatever else you would like. There is a washer and dryer that is directly outside of both rooms. Parking is about feet away and you will get a code and fob for the gate. There are pools, spa, and a gym, with a tennis court in the back of the complex. About the room: The room is a master size bedroom with a good-size closet (2 feet deep, 5 feet wide, and 7 feet tall). The room has a small hall (about feet long) where the closet is and down that hall is access to your “private” full bathroom. This bathroom can also be accessed from the shared hallway outside of the room, but my guests use my bathroom, so if you wanted to keep the main hall door locked, that’s up to you. Rent would be $. Room is available first week of March.
