I have a very cozy apartment in south Napa. Fully stocked kitchen with all the tools and an espresso machine. Nice living room with sectional and TV. Apartment is well taken care of and clean. We have a pool and gym here as well. Next to all the best major department stores in town and a 2 minute drive from the freeway and downtown. My roomate is a student and is moving out at the end of April. Internet is included in price. $ includes all bills unless the power bill goes very high but the AC/heat is fairly efficient and bills are usually almost the exact same every month. Everything is furnished but the room. 1 year minimum stay, must be cannabis friendly do not inquire if you have any problems with this.
