It's centrally located to many modes of public transportation, including various MTA Bus Routes, Express Bus Line, the #4 Lexington Ave Express Subway Train and the D Sixth Avenue Express Subway Train. It's walking distance to the neighborhood business district,(restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, grocery stores, discount stores, etc.) It's near major hospitals, Colleges and Universities, Shopping Centers, and Parks and Recreation areas. You would need one month's rent and one month's security deposit. Couples are welcome for an additional fee.
