Bathroom is shared w/ Filipino couple. My son uses my bathroom. Rent is $/month & Includes cooking privileges, on laundry, wifi, cable TV, garbage, water, electricity & street parking. 1st & last month rent, $ deposit, , ID, proof of income/ability to pay & reference required.
