Looking for a roommate within the next week. It’s across the street from Sierra college at the Rocklin Manor Apartments. Washer and dryer in unit, and comes with your own bathroom. Unit is a one year lease and has balcony as well. Apartment complex has a ton of amenities like a pool, workout room, and grills, as well as an amazing staff. I have a cat that is friendly, but will need some warming up to. Looking for someone who is reliable, easy to work with, and cleans up after themselves. I won’t bug you and tend to stay in my room when I’m home.
