Hey Everyone! My bf Chris and I are looking for a roommate to join our bath apartment in Sherman Oaks, CA! Ideally we’d like our new roommate to join us before or on March . The 2nd bedroom is available, it’s feet and has a bathroom with a shower. Rent is $/month, which includes internet ( mbps) and electricity. The rent would be evenly split between the 3 of us. I am in the entertainment industry and Chris is a full time Psych Major. We have two cats, Alice and Berlioz, so if you love cats, we are a good fit. Unfortunately the building doesn’t allow additional pets. Our apartment features a pool, on- Pay-by-phone laundry on each floor, and street parking. It’s a very safe neighborhood in the heart of Sherman Oaks. About a minute drive over the hill to Beverly Hills and Weho. We are located just minutes by foot to Pavillions, CVS and a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc… Ideally, you’re looking to move ASAP.
