We have a double room available with private bathroom from March 1st in West Hills. It's a big unfurnished room (approx ft) with plenty of storage space in a bath house. It also has a huge garden with a pool, lights, fruit trees, hammock, grill etc. We are two guys in our thirties who work in the music industry and are looking for someone who is easy going, fully employed, respectful of others and generally has their lives together. It's a pretty quiet house and we're very independent, however we are very close friends so do find time to hang out together. We have a washer and dryer in the garage and there is loads of non restricted street parking. Bills include LADWP, gas, internet, home insurance and a bi-weekly cleaner. We would need the first month's rent plus the same as a deposit up front. West Hills is a great part of the valley with a load of bars, shops and restaurants and is only about mins from Hollywood on the mins from the house). The is also only about mins away. We have a small very friendly dog so can't take any other animals, and no couples or guns. friendly (only in the garden). Require proof of vaccination.
