Currently also trying to fill another room (Its a bigger one, but more expensive, if your interested in it, please reach out). Rooms can be furnished (bed, bed frame, desk, chair) upon request. Currently 2 male tenants living there. Utilities: Split evenly among roommates, around per month for electric, gas, waste. Water Covered by landlord.
