I just recently bought this property and just finished with the remodeling. The house is newly furnished with a comfortable share space for my future tenants / roommates. I currently have 2 bedroom available. I own a few businesses here in San Diego and I do stay on the property in my converted garage. I do have a super chill English Bulldog that will mainly stay with me in my garage. The back yard is huge which can be pet friendly. I am just looking for chill, drama free and hard working individuals that will help cover the extra spare rooms. The cost / house does come with the following; 1) Maid services twice a week. Cleans the entire house including your rooms. If you need laundry / folding your clothes service, she does provide that for an additional charge. 2)Alkaline Water Machine 3)A washer and dryer that is located in the back yard in a built shed. 4) Dining Room Table with a TV screen to watch while you cook or eat dinner. 5) A lounge living room to unwind and relax for the day. (This does come with a mounted INCH TV) 6) The house is equip with everything that you pretty much need. 7) Plenty of storage space through out the house for each individual. 8) Internet
