The first month will be discounted by fifty dolllars, and there's a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, and smoking is ok on the patio or in the garage. Also, we have a lot of cats right now, and are in the process of rehoming through rescue groups very soon. Prefer small dogs and 1 cat at the most, and prefer someone that doesn't party or drink often. The bathroom would be shared with 1 other roommate and my daughter, but she uses one closer to her room most of the time and shes years old. Also, the deposit is fifty dollars. The house is in a cul- de-sac, and there are a few parks close by, and freeway access. I also do a background check and may check references. Thanks.
