I’m moving out of my place and looking for someone to take the open room in this house on Lakeway Drive. There are three other roommates who live here, all of whom are in their mid-twenties. The house is just over a 5 minute walk from Fred Meyer, has great access to public transit, and is a minute walk from WWU. ba. The room itself isn’t very large, but the space just outside of it is considered an extension of the room and is free for the use of whoever lives in this room. I made use of it by turning the area into my personal space for piano playing, working, and playing VR–it has worked out great for me. Rent is $ plus utilities. There’s free parking behind the house as well as open parking on the street, I’ve never had issues with it. The other roommates are all quite busy and like to keep to themselves. They’re easygoing and awesome about minding each others' schedules. The lease runs to Aug . Also, if you want me to leave any of the furniture that's in the th, and 6th photos (including the lofted bed) let me know because I'll be giving it away.
