Looking to fill an extra room at our apartment! It’s a 3 bedroom place, this room is about square feet. We are located behind a commercial shopping center with a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, Starbucks, CVS. All within 3 mins walking. We are a 5 minute drive from the beach! We also have access to a community pool. We are both young professionals who work long hours as an analyst and project manager. We very rarely host parties, but still enjoying dinners and a drink.
