Looking for a new roommate - large bath house in south Ocean Beach with huge front yard and back patio. Two blocks up from Santa Cruz beach and a few blocks walking distance to sunset cliffs and Newport avenue. I’m , I work for an environmental software company, mostly in the office Monday through Friday and sometimes work Fridays from home. The other two roommates are a couple who own a outdoor sprinter van conversion business. They work at a shop down in Chula Vista most the week. We are all extremely chill and get a long well and hangout together sometimes. Looking for someone that fits well with our dynamic and isn’t a stranger in the house. We also have sweet old husky Seqouia that lives with us. the room in the pictures is the one up for rent, you would share the larger bathroom with myself. You also have parking in the driveway. Looking for a female roommate around the same age range.
