The 3rd bedroom will be available for rent starting February th and will look for another housemate to come in around that time also Looking for someone that is looking to stay at least 3 months. Room will be partly unfurnished but does have a bed/bed frame which you can choose to use or not. Washer and dryer are in apartment.
