Please read this posting all the way until the end before replying. There are two rooms for rent for only one person in a sunny top 3rd floor vintage victorian. The flat is shared with one roommate. The first room is a medium room with large bay windows and a view . The larger room has a large closet and hardwood floors. The second room is a small office room . Either room can be repainted. There is lots of communal space, shared dining and living room area, kitchen, storage, and, split bathroom where toilet and shower room are separate. The utilities are a shared expense. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. The house is very clean. The floors have recently been redone as well as most of the rooms recently being repainted. There are no bosch appliances or dishwasher. If you like beige this is not for you. I am looking for someone who does not need to be told to clean up after themselves. It is required my roommate participate in a cleaning schedule. Alternatively, if you don't have time to clean you can hire someone to do your chores. You must be responsible with bills and rent. With proper notification I do not mind the occasional house guest. I am way past the point of having parties or other people who do not live here around. There is no cigarette smoking in the house. The house is friendly . I do not mind moderate alcohol use , however, other drugs are unacceptable. About me? I am y.o. female who works in the production world and creates art on my computer. I enjoy the outdoors, yoga, working out, music, movies, dancing, art, books, fashion, travel, and, am a bit of a foodie. I enjoy my privacy. I am mostly vegetarian, however , I do eat fish occasionally. Sometimes I like to compose music, or, occasionally play music loud. My work hours can be erratic and the house is a block off of Haight st. so the place is not good for someone who is a light sleeper.
