I have a fully furnished 3 bedroom house and am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom will be an extra for guests and visitors. The house is in Perdido area off of Gulf beach Highway close to the back gate of NAS. I am a happily divorced guy and am looking for another male as that seems to make things easier.
