We have a sq ft private room, which comes with a Queen bed, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Wardrobe closet. It can be rented as unfurnished too. Shared bathroom, Common entry, Access to the backyard, patio, etc. Parking is available on the driveway and street. It’s beautiful with hardwood floors throughout, so no pets. No smoking inside the house. Our house is located close to the freeway, shops, and the American river. The nearest public transportation is about ten mins by walk. We’re a family of 4 with kids aged and eleven. The kids are well-behaved but expect the noise level to be similar to being in a household with kids of that age. We do not have any pets. We respect privacy and expect the same. One of the other rooms in the house has a long-term tenant and the bathroom will be shared with that tenant.
