Available February 1st Hello! I have a large ' sunny bedroom with closet available in my quiet, peaceful 2 bedroom home. If you are a work from home person or artist there is a separate studio (large) that you can have a space in to use as an office. I am a visual artist and energy healer. I am starting a new art related business and give art lessons as well. I'm straight forward and really appreciate a good communication and sense of humor :) I love to go to the Redwoods, write, make art and hang out with my dear friends. The house has all hardwood floors, is sunny and has views from most windows. It is in the quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood of Maxwell Park. You do need a car because the house is up on a hill. 3 minutes away from Bart by car. Not sure of bus lines, please check. minutes away is the Reinhardt Redwood Forest with tons of great trails. Restaurants on MacArthur and organic grocery Farmer Joe's and The Food Mill. Minutes away in the other direction is Alameda and all of its shopping and the beach! I know all my neighbors and they are very sweet. The house has a washer and dryer, working fireplace, a large back yard and some room for storage. We split the bills down the middle.
