Shared utilities expenses are approximately $ per month. We are located near IKEA in West Sacramento. Our home is close to I- & freeways. The Sacramento river is at the end of the block! From here it’s miles to the Capitol Building, 6 miles to Sac. City College, miles to Sacramento State, and miles to UC Davis. This would be a great place for a grad-student, busy Capitol professional, or long-distance commuter. We ourselves, are professional men with busy lives, and the house is very quiet and clean.… and we like it that way! : ) We are looking for someone who is nice, financially stable, responsible, doesn’t smoke or do drugs, or like to “party-hearty.” Sorry, but no pets either.
