In-home washer and dryer. All brand new top of the line appliances. Other common spaces include the living room and spacious kitchen. I am a single female and occupy second bedroom within the home. I have two well behaved small adult pups. I am a clean and tidy roommate, keep common areas clear, and the sink empty. I am a kind, easy going human, that has great communication skills.
