Room is $/month all utilities included. In-unit washer & dryer. 5 minutes from UCR, minutes from CBU, minutes from RCC. If you have friends you would like to live with, please let me know, there are also 2 other rooms in the apartment that need to be sub-leased. You will be taking over my room. There are 3 other girls who live in the apartment who are also moving out. They each have their own room and bathroom. Everyone is a college student. Most of the time everyone sticks to themselves.
