My name is Oscar. I work as a IT Director for a bank and have lived in the Santa Clarita area most of my life. I graduated from Hart high school and have a business degree from CSUN. I enjoy outdoor activities, playing with my dogs, biking, and playing tennis. I am very laid back and very easy to get a long with. I have two large dogs. A German Shepherd and Golden Retriever. The room is for one person only. No pets. No businesses running out of room that require constant shipping of packages. No cooking in room. You have kitchen available to you to cook. You must be drug free and pass a background check.
