The room has barley been slept in and is big enough for up to king size bed or two twins beds maybe two full beds if your wanting to move with a found room mate or a friend ( teaming up makes everyone’s( rent cheaper haha )!But our thing is Roomie #1 is working 2 jobs and we’re looking to save in the long run. Message me for details. But we are a lot to handle in all honesty. We will respect and help your transition into the home as pleasant as possible…I work from home and rarely leave … our home has colorful lights and music we like we like to keep on often … makes the mood feel happier and more relaxed that way… we have Very random sleep schedules, light foot traffic (mainly us) since I’m home most of the time. We say whatever is on our minds, unfiltered but brutally honest, dry and questionable humor is a thing. Won’t rent out to just anyone we have champagne taste and trusting others is a learning curve for us both. Rules are simple, open mind, open heart, don’t lie, don’t steal, communication is ESSENTIAL, clean up after yourself… basic human interactions. Be kind that’s it… We love art, I love cooking! There’s a pool and gym on sight, laundry in unit, the fridge isn’t huge so we have to shop light, 3rd roommate would share bathroom, WiFi and cable included but I’m over budget...if you think you can put up with us and hold your sanity or know of someone in need of a room who can please message me 😅
