Hello everyone, I am looking for 1 person to fill a b apartment from at Artistry Emeryville Apartments. We are two males in our s, working full time jobs. Following are the details: 1. Total rent = $. So, you will be ~$+utilities. 2. You will be sharing the bathroom with the 2nd roommate 3. The lease is month to month and Move-in is flexible 4. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove 5. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer unit, so no need to go out. 6. If you are getting your car you need to pay for parking space (I don't own a car yet. LOL) 7. You can get your pet; in which case you will be in-charge of the pet allowance (I can pay part of it because I love pets and they would be part of our family at the apartment) For any other information DM, me or Gautham. I love long walks, hiking, enjoying nature beauty and play sports like Table Tennis, Tennis and Cricket 4. I am a vegetarian and cook sometimes 5.
