Immediate Move-In Available Hi! We are looking for a female roommate to share a master bedroom near UTC area. (You’ll be sharing it with a female roommate, the apartment is co-ed) The base rent is utilities (~ $) There is a $ application fee The current lease lasts through August Additional details: Community amenities: Elevators, gated access, clubhouse, game room, pool, spas, Amazon Hub, parking monitoring, courtesy patrol, EV car charging, etc. There’s one unassigned parking space per bedroom, two total. Apartment amenities: in-unit washer and dryer, heat & ac, hardwood floors with carpet in bedrooms. The complex is within walking distance of UTC and Vons, and a bus stop is right across the street. The apartment is a Bath, with me and another roommate in the other room. We are very respectful of others and easy-going, and are usually in our rooms or out of the apartment for the majority of the day. We like to clean, so the common areas are well-maintained and sanitized for most of the time. We prefer no smoking inside the apartment, alcohol only in moderation, vaccinated and COVID-cautious, and guests allowed if notified in advance. We’re also LGBTQIA+ friendly.
