This is Alain (living w/ my girl only) offering a furnished master bedroom in DTLA (City West) including its own full bath and walk-in closet and smart TV, 1GB speed internet and also the apartment has its own washer/dryer. I’m looking for a person with a reasonably behavior. I’ll not tolerate drugs or smoking either in the apartment or outside and I don’t care about what you do but I do about personality. As amenities this complex has pool, spa, gym, steam room, sauna, security, underground access controlled parking (optional), plenty street parking as well, amazon hub locker, library, meeting room, individual desks, a great view of DTLA from the pool, etc. This agreement will be subject to a month .
