Seeking female Roommates only. Prefer someone closer to my age . No couples, kids or pets. Co housing. You are renting only one room, shared balcony and private bathroom. Room is sq ft. One bathroom is upstairs hallway and the other is downstairs. The house has a total of 3 bedroom and 3 bath. You will live with a total of 3 people in the home. At the moment it’s just myself. All I ask is that you are clean and are able to clean up after yourself. You are comfortable around dogs. I do not allow free roaming because they are working dogs. There are 3 dogs in the house. Utilities are included. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and they prefer it to stay this way. Please have previous experience in living with other people. Landlord does need 3 recent pay stubs, credit check and background check.
